This photo album contains various candid-style photos captured in a K-12 classroom setting while employed for Anoka-Hennepin Schools. The goal of these photos was to demonstrate a variety of classroom activities in which students were learning and interacting with each other. The photos were then used in a variety of district and school publications, including brochures, fliers, newsletters, e-newsletters and websites.
As a district, our aim is to take photos in a photojournalistic style - photos that look candid, raw, realistic, factual, natural-looking and that capture the emotion as it happens. Ultimately, our goal is to display photos that clearly show students and staff engaged in learning, participating in an activity, etc. in our publications.
