Part of my role with Anoka-Hennepin Schools was to make sure important technical information is understood by staff with editing rights to district and school websites and e-newsletters. I've written many help documents for both our website and e-newsletter content management systems that include screenshots, illustrations and video tutorials as well. The documents as a whole are written to assist users as if our website/e-newsletter team were in the room walking you through the tasks.
